COFLEX CR: hygienic connection between floors and walls
The COFLEX CR patented series is designed as a cove-shaped wall-to-floor transition profile that allows elasticity and movement. A soft, internal section provides acoustic insulation, deadening the impact noise of footsteps. The profile is composed of a co-extruded synthetic resin profile and KERAJOLLY KJ profiles that interlock to perfectly match the tile thickness. In addition, they are easy to clean and designed to meet hygiene standards in public spaces subject to sanitary inspection.
Clip System and different height
With the modular Clip System, COFLEX CR profiles can be adapted with KERAJOLLY KJ profiles which interlock into the profile section, matching all tile thicknesses on the market. The KERAJOLLY KJ profiles act as perforated side flanges, hence adapting COFLEX CR profiles to different thicknesses, saving time in the installation process and guaranteeing impeccably durable results. Example of COFEX installation: If the tile thickness is 10mm, use the KERAJOLLY KL 8mm profile. When interlocked with the COFLEX CR profile, the total thickness is 10mm, perfectly matching the wall tile thickness.

A profile in co-extruded resin with a soft, acoustically insulated internal section. This profile must be interlocked with KERAJOLLY KJ perforated profiles. Choose the appropriate profile according to the tile thickness. Available in several colors.

The Kerajolly KJ profile to be combined with the Coflex CR joint to obtain different tile heights between floor and wall
Additional modules of the Kerajolly KJ series to be combined with the Coflex CR joint.These modules are inserted inside the base of the Coflex CR profile, allowing to lay a height equal to that of the tile and ensuring perfect fixing with the covering.The Kerajolly KJ module is available in heights 6; 8; 10; 12.5 mm. Attention: if the tile thickness is 10 mm, use the 8 mm height Kerajolly KJ profile (KJ80) as the coupling with the CR base module increases the thickness by (2 mm) (thus bringing the assembled profile back to the correct height by 10 mm).

Internal corner CRI in synthetic resin to be used when laying the Coflex CR profile. It allows the creation of perfect joints to connect the profile adequately and precisely, available in the same colors as the CR profile.

Coflex CRF, the end cap of the Coflex CR joint
End cap CRF in synthetic resin to be used with the Coflex CR profile. It allows the closure of the profile in a simple and elegant way, available in the same colors as the CR profile.
