JOINTEC GC pvc joints for concrete floors
JOINTEC GC patented PVC joints are conceived for industrial poured concrete floors. The profiles are designed to create a 5x5m grid at the floor level, into which the concrete is poured, cured, and polished with a floor grinder. The profiles themselves act as a level line for the pour, creating state-of-the-art concrete floors with one simple process.

How to install joints JOINTEC GC
Expansion joints around the perimeter of the floor layout provide concrete with the necessary gap for differential movement. JOINTEC GC profiles coupled with the GCP and GCR synthetic inserts in soft Resilflex allow the concrete to be poured, leveled and cured in one simple step, while still accommodating its expansion and contraction. The perimeter joint eliminates the need for base boarding.

GCP synthetic gasket to be combined with the GC joint
GCP synthetic gasket in synthetic resin, to be combined with the GC base profile. The coupling of the GC profile and the GCP gasket allows to create the perimeters next to the panels of industrial floors.The perimeter must necessarily provide for a sufficient expansion space, with the GC joint and the application of the soft GCP gasket. In a single phase a level of elevation is obtained in which to support the straight edge, the necessary expansion and the aesthetic completion of the perimeter as an alternative to the subsequent assembly of a skirting.
GCR synthetic gasket to be combined with the GC joint
GCP synthetic gasket in synthetic resin, to be combined with the GC base profile. The coupling of the GC profile and the GCP gasket allows you to create an expansion joint for casting joints.The joint GC series allows, by virtue of its modularity, to be combined with the special soft PVC profile article GCR obtaining a joint of double consistency and with high absorption and movement capacities necessary, for example, in casting.
