Prefabricated houses, ecological but controllable from the smartphone

Prefabricated houses, ecological but controllable from the smartphone

Prefabricated house 3.0, ecology, but controllable from your smartphone

Innovation, design and nature in a single design solution.

It’s not easy to associate domotics with the environment. However, an interesting solution in this sector comes to us all the way from Spain; specifically from NOEM, a leading company in “smart home” design.

Entirely controllable from your smartphone, the prefabricated Ecological House 3.0 is equipped with luxury and comfort. The heating and air conditioning system automatically adapts to weather conditions, maintaining a constant ideal temperature. If there is a high concentration of CO2 in the house, the mechanical ventilation system is activated to recycle the air, and all lighting solutions in the home can be controlled through a phone app. The exterior photovoltaic panels absorb the energy necessary to run the various technological systems in the home.

Structurally, the building is composed of two modules, prefabricated and assembled to form one single block. The 23-square-meter open space is linked to a technological hub which controls all home technology in a 6-square-meter area. The home is built with glulam panels, larch outdoor cladding and large glass panes to welcome the warm sunlight. The interior spaces contain a large kitchen and dining room, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom.

The innovative characteristics of the dwelling, together with short prefabrication time, assembly and transport, make the Ecological House 3.0 an efficient, economical and advantageous choice, finally uniting design and domotics to the surrounding environment.
